Dynamic point system

All challenges have a dynamic scoring system in place. The more times a challenge is solved affects the points it's worth. These changes in points are retroactive. This means that if you solve a challenge that others have solved, you drop their total points. This adds a nice little meta game to the leader board. Solve challenges that the top leader board players have solved and you can start pulling them down the ladder while you climb it at the same time.
